Voted : There must be at least a few million 'useless' people in the world ..but who they may be exactly is hard to say... maybe I'm one of them! (old, 'retired', nonproductive, contributing little, just hanging in there...). Some people are ineffective or even screw things up a lot.. Even people in high office can sometimes goof up, can't they??
