Blacks are ok.I like them. Well said detriot. Most blacks are just savages and wild animals without the thinking capacity of other nationalities. They are the race that hasn't evolved, and the race that has never brought about a sucessful civilization that ruled the world. They are the lower end of the evolution process, and can only copy and mimmick that what they see others do. Monkey say, monkey do. The world has never known a black philosopher,and shall never do so as blacks hold the least IQ of all races, and refuse to evolve. White people are by far the majority of criminals, they just fly under the radar because their white. Killing, raping, stealing like crazy, and you just keep chasing people of color. Blacks just get caught the most. You white folks need to start checking each other a little closer. Idiots. Seek and ye shall find -- truth. Now you can't lock up all your own can you? The historical reason for black crime in the American ecosystem is slavery. Canada, which has never had slavery.. and also maintains nearly the same % of blacks.. shows a crime rate among blacks to be the same as whites. The only reason slavery existed, was because white men developed the rifle before the black man.. and had the disposition to use it in the 19th century.

From the American Bureau of Justice Statistics - ** "At yearend 2002 there were 3,437 sentenced black male prisoners per 100,000 black males in the United States, compared to 1,176 sentenced Hispanic male inmates per 100,000 Hispanic males and 450 white male inmates per 100,000 white males". ** Of the 246,100 state prison inmates serving time for drug offenses in 2002, 139,700 (56.7%) were black, 47,000 (19%) were Hispanic. ** "When total incarceration rates are estimated separately by age group, black males in their twenties and thirties are found to have high rates relative to other groups. Among the more than 2 million offenders incarcerated on June 30, 2002, an estimated 596,400 were black males between ages 20 and 39" "Although incarceration rates drop with age, the percentage of black males age 45 to 54 in prison or jail in 2002 was an estimated 3.9% -- more than twice the highest rate (1.7%) among white males (age 30 to 34)." Everybody knows blacks are just as good as whites. And in many aspects; better. There are a lot of odds stacked against blacks. Influx of drugs into black neighborhoods, because drugs free people from facing hardships, and it brings fast cash. Hundreds of years of oppression has led to lack of economic power, the family structure, and equal educational opportunity. So, you do have the luxury of saying more blacks are incarcerated, But the represent the fallen soldiers in a society that hates and fears them. But not all of the black race will fall victim to an unfair society. Many are focused, and driven to success. And the immortal words of that spiritual song still resounds through their minds, "We shall overcome someday." Why does everyone blame everyone except the black people. Its society, its because thier ancestors, blah blah blah, It's because a black makes the free choice to do the crime, no bleeding heart case bullshit made them do it I can't help it if you have an oppressive attitude. that's your choice. YOU probably haven't been illegally searched by police because of your skin color. YOU probably haven't experienced inquiring about a job and getting the door slammed in your face before you could prove your worth. YOU probably never tried to get an apartment and experienced the same thing. Or when you try to get a business loan. So, STFU. Oppression is alive and well my friend. YOU haven't experienced it. Whatever we want. 5-Sex with your wives and fiancees. You must drop your lady off at our house at our request, and return no sooner than 12pm the next day. If she refuses sex, you must pay us $1000. And if you dispute these demands, that is a form of oppression. Oppression will not be tolerated. And you guys better not disagree with me, or i'm telling the Naacp. If you look at the statistics compiled by the Bureau of Criminal Justice, you will see that more than HALF of all the crimes are committed equally by White, Black and Hispanic males aged 16-19. I've said this before, obviously--I don't know where detroithatecore obtained his crap statistics. I suspect he pulled them out of thin air. Those bent on being racist will simply discount what I'm saying but those are the facts. So instead of focusing on race, we should be focusing on what's wrong with our young people. The same one that started a ballot asking the question,"Why are most Black's nothing but savage beasts?" The same one, who, if you look at his first comment of this ballot reveals his mentality. Is this such a person you are proud to agree with? I find it sickening that the Untied States releases regular statistics on race and profiles them. Race means nothing. There are so many different types of black people that you can't classify them as one group. There are blacks from Africa, blacks from various caribbean countries, blacks from the United States, you can't classify them like that. 'Black' is not a cultural group. You are truly an idiot,Guest_3da7c. Juveniles between the ages of 16-19, of ALL races, commit over HALF of the violent crimes in America today. There is no "PC myth" here. The MYTH is the statistic that Detroithatecore is pulling out of thin air- the 58% and the 67%. My statistics come from the Bureau of Justice. I'd like to know where his statistics come from. Simply saying over and over that something is an "indisputable fact" will not make it so.

How can I have a racial inferiority complex, when my race is not inferior? The Fact is blacks are commiting crimes, as referernce to my above offical statistics from The American Bureau of Justice which anyone can look up anytime. I am not a racist, I just deal in facts. Which are the black/african american poplulation are commiting crimes, One in three black men between the ages of 20 and 29 years old, under correctional supervision or control. And your saying jr the reason for this is because your people as a race are still being mistreated in america, by society, the police, santa claus and everyone else. So I bet Colin Powell gets searched, and beat up by cops all the time. Look at the Jews, the have been persecuted for years, the have suffered more as a race than black people, how come they aren't being locked up in record numbers, how come one in three people of jewish decent isn't in correctional supervision? Its Becoming a culture of black people, to become thugs, run in gangs, be a gangster, look at the main influences of black culture, rap thug artists, who glorify, all the bullshit. You haven't had one strong leader since Luther king jr. you need to stop the excuses, and get a clue. If this is in fact true--people seem bent on making up their own statistics and the Bureau of Justice does not have the word "American" in its title.. One in three is 33.3 percent. That still doesn't gel with the imaginary statistics that detroithatecore listed. 33% is not a vast majority. The facts are that over half of all the violent crimes in america these days are perpetuated by males aged 16-19. In fact,Juvenile crime is rising while Adult crime has been going down since '93 or '94.

"I am not a racist, I just deal in facts." If you follow statistics based on the color of someone's skin and not their cultural background then yes you are a racist. Your government statistics are racist. I hate it when people post here as a guest under 1,000 different names, trying to make it seem like there's 10 of them when it's really just one pathetic loser. Anyway... Highly plausible reasons have already been posted to answer this question. Look at diddle_de's post. You don't think drugs pumped into black neighborhoods lead to crime? That's the reason for the war on drugs. And if you know anything about teens, they're bound to experiment. But you should read the whole post to get the whole rational view. And look at what Anonymous said about disenfranchisement, education, and culture. All valid reasons that lead to crime. Guest_4a49f made a good point about environment. When the mafia was formed it was based on crime because italians couldn't get a fair deal. Their environment was impoverished, so they turned to crime for profit. The question is,"why do blacks commit so much crime?" you have your answers. "savages, monkeys, and lazy" are not rational answers. They're irrelevant racist comments. If you are saying blacks commit crimes simply because they're black, that makes no sense. You'd be denying basic human psychology; all humans react the way they do in a situation, because some psychological payoff is perceived. It doesn't always have to be rational, as long as it pays off. IE, they're reacting in a situation in which they FEEL oppressed. Oppression has gone from severe to mild over the centuries, but there are still effects. Maybe the oppression did weaken, but it still exists. Evidently, oppression is flying below your radar because your personal experiences are not from a black culture. You're like a movie watcher, wondering why the girl fell when Jason chased her, while, if it were real, she probably would fall, because rationality does not totally govern human beings. Emotions do as well. Therefore, she was so panic stricken she fell out of fear. An understandable human reaction. If you're saying there's no reason for them committing crimes, you would be denying the very laws of physics: cause and effect. Because of social, economic, and environmental factors, some blacks have been effected in a way that leads to crime. Maybe some words from this article will help you understand why blacks are sometimes forced outside the law. Many blacks have been victims in the struggle to find jobs. When faced with unemployment many have turned to crime to supply their family with basic necessities such as food, clothes, and shelter. They become frustrated, depressed, and angry so they turn to crime to make ends meet. Officer Wise, a twelve year veteran of the Philadelphia Police Department stated his views on the prison system in a recent interview with QWest Newspaper. He felt that "the system(prison) is not getting any better". He said that one of the reasons the system was not getting any better was because there hasn't been any improvement in the unemployment rate. Blacks are still being laid off from jobs. To keep their families together they turn to any options they have, and this sometimes includes crimes. When crimes are committed the end result is incarceration. As the prisons become more and more populated many issues have to be addressed. Is the prison system working as a deterrent for crime? In these cases no. 60% of the prison population are young blacks who committed crimes by the age of 15 years. When these young adults are incarcerated their chances of obtaining jobs after they are released are reduced even more. They get out of jail and have no where to go, nowhere to live, and nowhere to work so they are again faced with crime as their only solution. The rehabilitation rate of incarcerated people is low. A solution to this problem may lie in initial intervention and rehabilitation programs for after they are release. An example of this might be job location offices that help ex convicts with locating jobs. Overpopulated prisons should be a concern for everyone. It is a reflection of what's going on in society. When jobs are scarce and people feel hopeless they can turn to crime. Having programs that help those who have lost their jobs can create alternative methods for them to keep their households together, and to keep away from crime. I am new here and have been following this exchange and would just like to add a comment or two. For one thing, PR states facts that it seems many attempt to discredit using the same tired scream of racism and/or excuses concerning historic oppression, slavery, etc ad nauseum. Anyway, a question that has been raised several times in one form or another and not answered by jr or those who take his same reasoning is this: No one alive and sentient can seriously dispute the fact that opportunities and even special assistance in education and the job market have not improved for blacks to the point that even other minorities are not justified in feeling resentful. Accepting that premise, then why has the crime rate among blacks risen in tandem? I mean, if someone wants to point to discrimination being a base reason for a disproportionate share of crime being committed by blacks, then it would seem logical that the pinnacle of such would have occured back when discrimination was at its own pinnacle. Instead, it seems as if the opposite is true. Could it be that too many excuses are being made by liberals and that young blacks, like is human nature anywhere, will take full advantage of those excuses and as someone else noted, come to believe them? Fortunately, there are some black conservatives out there who see a very real problem exists and, instead of blaming it all on the white man, or what happened generations ago, know that the key is to stop making excuses and take responsibility for their own plight. Starting with the family unit. The paternal welfare state has at least as much harm to the black family as slavery did.
