best way is a 9mm round 2 the head.if you want them 2 suffer shoot their arms and legs first than 1 shot 2 the head!! Ice bullets? You fucking idiot. Propelled by what? Here's the problem. Voted : Mercy killing, euthanasia, death with dignity Don't just lie there, dying slowly, in pain and meaningless suffering, the end is in sight (eventually), but why should it be extended or delayed, it is totally irrational to continue endlessly with nothing but misery and indignities, help should be available and forthcoming and provided at your wish, your desire, your request, your demand..
