I just caught a blurb on SportsCenter, reporting that the NFL and College Halls of Fame are meeting to determine OJ Simpson's status. (Basically, whether to boot him out for his criminal conviction.)

So, I wanted to know what you fine folks think of this. Should he be given the heave-ho or not?

Hard to say for me. He got in the Halls of Fame for his sports activities and not for his ability to abide by the law, so I'd say leave him in. But someone such as him is not exactly the role model that is wanted in the Hall of Fame.

no matter how many people he killed, he got that for his contribution to the game of football. that hasn't changed.

and you can't retroactively apply some morals clause in my opinion.
