On a vacation to California in the 70's I got in to a taping of the Tonight Show. Johnny Carson was off that night. It's the only time I've been in the audience of a TV Show.

So have you ever been the audience for the taping of a TV Show?

If so tell us about it.

When I was a small boy in the late 1970s, I attended a live taping of a concert by the late, great Johnny Cash. And I had fifth-row seats. That was fairly amazing. I'd been in the audience for Conan O'Brien once, but, as much as I like the guy, he's no Johnny Cash.

I almost was able to get ticket to the Tonight Show on NBC.

Game show in the 70s called Tattle Tales. In college at the time. While waiting in line, they invited the two pretty girls we were with to sit in the front row but made me and the other guy sit in the back. Then they came and yelled at us for not cheering enough.
