At my parent's house, we always just cook a big pot of soup and corn bread for Christmas. And we usually sit in the den and eat it while watching It's a Wonderful Life.
To quote my Mom, "I aint spending Christmas Eve and Christmas morning slaving in the kitchen to impress people when I can spend that time with family. That's not what the day's about."

It's definately the hunt for the prettiest, tallest, fullest and most symmetrical Christmas Tree. As for "It's a Wonferful Life", we watch that throughout the year!
