If all the blacks left, there would be such a dramatic drop in crime and welfare payouts that entire police forces would be disbanded and many public assistance workers would be out of work.

Whoever forced their black ass here to be a slavery should send their monkey ass back. I think the government should have a financial aid plan to give them free tickets back to their homeland if they fucking complain, don't do shit, and commite crimes all the time.
In the long run, I think the cost of plane tickets will cost less than the cost of feeding their ass in jail.
