Well. I rented the movie RAY last Sunday, so I will go with Georgia.
Why is always people from a town, city, state, provence, country with a low or relatively low "minority" population lecturing people from a town, city, state, provence or country with a large or even majority "minority" population about "racism"?

Yeah, the insanity of racism is believing everybody else is affected by it...but not me. I'd venture that it is the state where the the people think there is no racism.
