I think that George W. Bush isn't the 4th best president, I personally think he is the worst one.

Franklin Roosevelt should be #2 only, after George Washington. He was the president who got the country out of the great depression. He not only restored the economy, he also restored the morale of this country that was blown. Additionally, he pushed the US to become the #1 power in the world. Never in the history was this country so respected and admired. Winning WWII is was this country's highest pride. Hadn't he died, he'd probably served another presidency term.

Why is clinton even up there? He sold our military secrets to china and was nearly impeached at the end of his presidency.
